Girls Club Ministries are an outreach of the Department of Women’s Ministries
Girls Club Ministries are an outreach of the Department of Youth & Discipleship to assist the local churches in teaching our girls victorious living.
Preschool girls learn who Jesus is, how special they are to Him, and how they can share His love through Bible stories, hands on activities, and merit badge studies as part of a three-year achievement series.
Primary girls are provided exciting learning experiences through a three-year achievement series, Blue Belles Bible Investigations, merit badges studies, and group activities.
Junior girls are provided group activities, an exciting three-year achievement program, Journeys With Joy Belles, and merit badge studies
Generally the group meets one or more times a month.
It is an outreach ministry to draw girls first to church, then to Christ as their Saviour. The girls do not have to be members of Church of God or Christians. The highest aspiration, however, is that each one will become saved, sanctified and filled with the Holy Spirit
The YLM program provides teen girls with an achievement incentive, options for service projects, and social activities for the purpose of developing personal excellence and establishing a personal relationship with Christ as she discovers biblical patterns for living. Other important elements of the program are promotion of healthy choices, Christian leadership training, Christian fellowship and recreation, and opportunities to witness or peers.

Consult with your pastor for assistance in establishing leadership, especially in selecting a counselor.
Involve your local Women’s Ministries. They may want to sponsor the club(s).
Review and order the material. Estimate the number of girls participating in each club and prepare an order form for curriculum and charters from the International Department of Girl’s Ministries. Submit for pastor’s approval. Material should be ordered at least one month in advance to make adequate preparations.
Meet with Parents. Encourage their support and cooperation. Some may want to be prayer mothers.
You are ready to begin! Keep your clubs meetings fun and consistent! Allow the girls plenty of time to share, and give individual attention to each one. Remember, the curriculum exists only to help you minister more effectively! Don’t forget to report to the Girl’s Ministries Department by the 5th of each month.
